Equipping children with everyday tools to self-calm, self-express, and self-respect—so they can grow with joy.
Remember The Time is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to whole-person wellness for children and families. Our mission is to help young people overcome mental health challenges and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives through evidence-based practices and innovative holistic approaches.
Our programs blend mindfulness, breathwork, social-emotional learning (SEL), and trauma-informed care with hands-on, nature-based experiences. We align with CASEL's SEL competencies and SAMHSA's trauma-informed principles, ensuring our work is rooted in research while tailored to the lived realities of today's children and families.
Through 10-week cohorts for ages 7–12, we provide field-based and on-site activities that strengthen resilience, confidence, and connection—building lifelong wellness tools for the next generation.
Every child deserves a safe space to learn, grow, and heal. We prioritize physical and emotional safety in all our programs.
We honor each child's inherent worth and treat every family with respect, compassion, and cultural humility.
We work alongside schools, families, and communities to create lasting change together.
Learning happens through joy. We use play-based approaches to make wellness tools accessible and fun.
Our programs are grounded in research and best practices from SEL, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness.
We recognize and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and wisdom of the communities we serve.
A Personal Journey

I had to remember what I am—through pain, through isolation, through seasons where life stripped me bare.
I was taught detachment not in books, but in silence. Compassion and empathy were absent from my world as a child, so I had to forge them in the fire of my own suffering.
Emotional maturity came at the cost of watching a life I passionately built fall to pieces. But in that collapse, I found truth. In that truth, I found divine healing. And in that healing, I found wisdom—sacred wisdom I now give back to the world.
I choose the children first, because they are the future. I give them what I was never given: discipline, discernment, empathy, patience. Tools to face the world without fear. Tools to know they are not alone. Tools to remember that they are loved and protected by God.
Through Remember The Time, we create safe spaces where children grow into whole beings—strong in spirit, sharp in mind, and steady in heart.
All RTT facilitators undergo background checks, trauma-informed training, and adhere to strict safeguarding protocols. We are committed to creating environments where children are protected, respected, and empowered.
