9D Breathwork for Kids
Play-based breathwork that helps kids self-regulate in under 3 minutes

What it is:

A somatic, sensory-rich breathwork experience using sound, vibration, and guided imagery. Kids learn to calm their nervous system through simple breathing patterns.

Quiet, creative practice that builds focus and emotional awareness

What it is:

Age-appropriate workbooks combining mindfulness prompts with coloring activities. Kids explore feelings, gratitude, and self-awareness through art.

Pocket-sized confidence builders kids can carry everywhere

What it is:

Colorful affirmation cards with kid-friendly mantras like "I am brave," "I am loved," "I can do hard things." Kids pick a card each day and practice their "superpower."

What it is:

Real-world adventures that connect kids to nature, culture, and possibility

What it is:

Field trips to beaches, forests, museums, farms, and cultural sites. Kids explore, play, and learn outside the classroom.
